small-insertion-bundleThe Free Fall Accessories, Inc. Small Insertion Bundle System, (SIBS), was developed to provide a means to insert small equipment and survival gear into remote areas, quickly, reliability, and cost effectively. The SIBS can be easily clipped to a load, and static lined from a small aircraft, with little training required.

The SIBS is drogue stabilized in freefall, and has a reusable mechanical timer that releases the drogue 6 seconds after the static line is separated from the bundle, (other delay times can be set at the factory for specific applications). Typical drop altitude is 1200 Ft AGL.

The SIBS can handle loads weighing from under 25 lbs, and up to 100 lbs. Heavier loads can be dropped using the Medium and Heavy Insertion Bundles.

The entire family of Insertion Bundles are designed and built to be reusable, and are priced to be a sensible option for one time use applications.

Unique configurations can be created for special applications. We need only some basic information to build a custom insertion solution for your application.
